In early 2018, we relaunched the websites for the five hospitals in the statewide FMOL Health System. This was a collaboration with Influence Health, who handled the coding. I redesigned the site based on my idea of a “Health Hub,” an app-like section containing our most common CTAs (calls to action). Rather than focusing on huge images and videos, we followed the mantra “Mobile First,” and we split the site into news-style, user-friendly segments containing quick facts, journey-mapped instructions, and multimedia components.
